Our approach:

Preparation

During a joint kick off, we discuss the preferred target group, the most important questions and the conditions for test stores or outlets. After this, we start crafting the interview guide. A Discovery Assessment usually takes 4 weeks to carry out.

Project management

During the entire process you are completely unburdened, from store management to logistics. If desired, we can help with printwork and creating prototypes. Bamboo Brands has a network of over 360 outlets throughout Europe and possesses its own logistics centre (frozen/chilled/ambient). We guarantee you a carefree process!

Field research and monitoring

Led by an experienced Research Expert, our trained researchers talk to shoppers at the test locations. These interviews are conducted with the final interview guide as directory. The researchers report the answers live, so the Research Expert can monitor and make adjustments. During the days of field research, you will receive updates about the progress and insights.

Analysis and validation

After collecting sufficient qualitative insights, our Research Expert will start analyzing the information. We do this using qualitative analysis software, which we use to find patterns in the data. This results in factual insights that answers every main question.

Report and advice

During an interactive final presentation, we clarify the reports which are supported by quotes from respondents. You will also receive points of advice to optimalise your concept. This results in insights into the potential of your concept and factual substantiation for the commercial decisionmaking process.
