Our approach to quantitative research:

Preparation

A Validation Assessment usually takes 7 weeks. Together we discuss the hypotheses, the planning, location on the shelf and conditions of the test design. After this, we start selecting the test stores/outlets. In week 1, we place the products on the right shelf location.

Field research and data collection

We unburden you completely during the entire process, from store management to logistics and eventual points of sale materials. Bamboo Brands has a network of over 360 outlets throughout Europe. We also have our own logistics centre. Every week, we supply the outlets and collect relevant data. We guarantee you a succesful outcome.

Real-time dashboard

During the project, you will receive weekly updates on the rotation numbers with regards to the competition. Our Research Expert keeps an ear to the ground and will help clarify the statistics.


Analysis and validation

After the test weeks, we analyse the data and correct possible outliers when taking external factors into account. If relevant, we compare the data to IRI-data. After this, we validate the hypotheses.

Report and advice

During the final presentation we present you the facts: is your product shelf worthy yes or no. We also clarify the analyses and give you eventual advice for optimilisation. Afterwards, you will receive the report and the total dashboard with sufficient insights to support commercial decision making.
