Since March, Nathalie has joined Bamboo Brands as a Marketing Project Manager. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating projects, organizing research, and ensuring everything runs smoothly—both behind the scenes and on the shop floor.
Time to get to know her a bit better 👇
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Organizing, coordinating, and getting things done (in the broadest sense), while staying in close contact with people. I’m also someone who likes to jump in and take action—I enjoy stepping away from my laptop regularly and putting my energy into more hands-on work. That combination is what I enjoy most.Â
What is your personal connection to FMCG, or food in particular?
With my (almost 10 years!) vegetarian lifestyle, I’m very conscious of what and how I consume. I also have a strong passion for cooking and baking. When I’m on holiday, visiting the local supermarket is definitely one of my favorite activities.
Which recent FMCG innovation really excites you?
The upside-down packaging of Dreft dishwashing liquid is a great example of FMCG innovation. From a consumer perspective, such a small change can make a big difference in ease of use. It shows that innovation doesn’t always have to be big to have a real impact.
What is your favorite category in the supermarket?
My favorite cuisine to cook is Asian food, which naturally makes it my favorite section in the supermarket. Although, to be honest, I prefer visiting an Asian grocery store.
Which food product could always wake you up?
Cheese! In all types, flavors, shapes, and ages. Everything is welcome.
