Hero wanted to discover the potential of a new baby food concept in both the Netherlands and Belgium. Bamboo Brands conducted therefore an in-store Validation Assessment in both countries. Esmee Roovers, Junior Brand Manager at Hero, shares her experience.
For this Validation Assessment, we placed the full product range on the shelves of supermarkets in the Netherlands and Belgium for a few weeks. In this way, we have collected enough data points to make statements about the shelf-worthiness of the concept, also in relation to competing products in the same category.
